Walker House

Walker House was introduced in September 2024. Samuel Thomas Walker was twice Mayor of Exeter, the second time in 1625. He was the wealthiest merchant in Exeter at the time and, on his death in 1628, he left £200 to found a city grammar school. It is believed that he married in 1579 in Devon and had only one child, Grace, born in Devon in 1581.
