This week, U2C pupils delivered their first leadership session to their peers. Mabel, Betsy, Jackson, James B and James L worked fantastically well to plan their frisbee lesson, organise their equipment and deliver a fun, safe and engaging session.
U2C then gathered their thoughts and feedback and shared with the Sports Leaders. They eloquently gave constructive feedback with ‘what went well’ and ‘even better if’, focusing on trust, communication, decision making, and how the session developed these skills.
Well done U2C, we look forward to the next group delivering theirs next week.
