Open mic night

Posted: 14th March 2025

This week, we had a fantastic open mic night, which was an intimate but amazing evening. All the performers did an incredible job, from Archie giving a concert-worthy cover of ‘Wondering Why’, to Rev Close’s personal take on ‘Wires’ by Athlete; the evening was a great success. Becca and Rosalila both gave beautiful piano ballads, with renditions of ‘Impossible’ and ‘She Used To Be Mine’ respectively, whilst Grace sang ‘Talkin bout a revolution’, self-accompanied on the acoustic guitar. Toby and Emma showed off their own flair on the guitar also, with John Mayer’s ‘Man on the Side’ and Noah Kahan’s ‘Forever’. It was a great night, with a group of talented, creative people all supporting each other and enjoying the talent that was in abundance. We’d all recommend coming along to the next one on 5 May!
