Ava representing Ireland at Europeans

Posted: 7th March 2025

Earlier this year Ava in M5 was rewarded for all of her hard work on the netball courts with selection for the Ireland U17s netball squad. Following a number of trips to Ireland to train with the squad, Ava was selected to represent her country in the European tournament which has taken place this week in Belfast. Ireland will compete against ten other nations including England, Wales, Scotland, France and Northern Ireland amongst others. We wish Ava the very best of luck and can’t wait to hear about the experience when she returns to school next week.

You can follow this link for more information on the netball programme Ava has been participating in.
