First swimming gala of the spring term

Posted: 24th January 2025

The first gala of the spring term saw large numbers of pupils competing for Exeter School in the pool against Exmouth Community College. Both sets of swimmers stepped up well at the start of the new year and produced some very strong performance, The U13 Girls competition was a particular close age group with Exeter narrowly winning by 1 point. The overall win went to Exeter by 210 points to 156 (see results below); there were excellent performances by the U14 and U16 boys teams. It was great to see three pupils represent the school in the pool for the first time. Well done to Rory, Anna and Lewis in their first gala. The team is in action in a fortnight against Colyton Grammar at Home.
