Both the 1st XI boys and girls teams were in action on Wednesday, this was the first time Exeter School have fielded two separate 1st teams on the same day. The girls team, made up of the best female cricketers from L5 – U6, travelled to Blundell’s to play a T20 match and produced some excellent cricket and there were some standout individual performances with Letty (L6) taking 4 wickets and the captain Georgia (U6) starring at wicket keeper and top scoring. The boys 1st XI were also playing local opposition in Exeter College and were successful in cashing a total of 108 during their T20 match. Sam (U5) was the standout bowler with 3 for 11 and Harry A (37) and Harry W (28*) helped the team to a winning total.
