Anya, Dan and Sophie ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon over the holidays (the event took place 7 April) and all completed it!

Here is Sophie’s feedback on the event:

“It was an amazing event with over 24,000 runners and a huge atmosphere with live bands, choirs and a dedicated crowd cheering the runners. We all feel so grateful to have been a part of it, which wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible fundraising efforts from our friends and staff members… thank you for the donations! Together we raised £1,975 for our three chosen charities – Young Minds (Sophie), The Alzheimer’s Trust (Anya) and Macmillan Cancer Services (Dan).

The day was full of excitement, so we have limited photos, but we share a few here from race day!

Anya and I were also pleased to be able to represent Matt Bubb’s community as he kindly gifted us some t shirts to put on at the finish line!

Many thanks again for your support and help to spread awareness for the fundraising – we had a brilliant time and all three charities are pleased with the outcome.”

Open evening - 8 May

At Exeter School we believe that education is about the moments that make us. Meaningful moments that get etched in our memories and the everyday kindness that makes them possible. We welcome you to discover Exeter School in the best way possible. See it. Experience it. Ask questions to the people who matter the most – our pupils.
