The charity netball match last Thursday was an amazing opportunity to bring the sixth form students together as well as off the court in all of our fundraising activities. It was wonderful to see the whole school come together to raise a large amount of money for a good cause, with all of the different year groups and teachers supporting the event. As a team they have raised £664 so far through their giving page to go towards ‘Breast Cancer Support’ as well as around £200 from the recent cake sale – which will split between their charity and the Movember charity. The team chose Breast Cancer Support as their charity since they help people suffering from breast cancer in impoverished nations. Well done to everyone who organised the cake sale and match, and thank you to everyone who contributed.
